Steps to Online Registration: |

Make sure you read the Terms of Service carefully. |

Please register and purchase one person at a time so
that attendee information is correct |

Fill in your name, credentials and company
name in the fields provided.

Click the option showing that you have
read and agree to the Terms of Service and click the "Register Now" button
|

You will be directed to the Shopping Cart where you can review
your order. If you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Check Out"
button

If you want to change your selection, change the Qty by the product
you want to remove to 0 and click "Update Quantities"
|

After selecting the "Check Out" button, you will then be directed to the information page where you must
enter your billing information
|

If your shipping info is different from your billing info, you can
enter that too
|

Click Next
|

You will be redirected to the payment page
|
|
• |
Enter your credit card information |
|
• |
Click Next |

It will let you know if your payment was accepted
|

If accepted, it will show a receipt that you can print for your
records
|
